Guidelines for Customer Returns and Refunds

  • 20% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS

  • CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Brand new products must be returned in new, sealed condition. If we determine that a returned product was damaged or opened by the customer, a restocking fee of 50% to 90% may be issued.

If the product has been returned severely damaged, in extremely poor condition, materially different or otherwise altered due to customer fault, the return will be refused and the customer will be at a loss.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Brand new products that have been opened / unsealed.
  • Used products unless stated otherwise.
  • Digital download products.

Return Process

Customers must contact us in advance and have their return approved prior to returning any products. Detailed RMA instructions will be provided to the customer once the return has been approved.

Customer Refunds

Customer refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the returned order. ApplicableĀ restocking fees will be calculated into total refunded amount. No refunds will be issued to payment accounts other than the original payment account used at the time of purchase.
